Position: Head Waiter
Location: ERUBI Restaurant, Pontefract
Rate of Pay: £14 per hour + Tips + Performance-Based Bonus
Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, Every Week

We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Head Waiter to join our team and lead our front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant floor.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Lead and train waiting staff, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Take orders, make recommendations, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure flawless service.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization on the restaurant floor.
- Monitor and manage bookings to optimize table turnover.
- Support management with staff schedules, inventory checks, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar supervisory role in a restaurant.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (Wednesday to Sunday).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to motivate a team.
